Wingus & Dingus

I had an interesting day today. On my way home from work and other things I was talking to my sweet little stinker of a niece Maddy. She was telling me about her day and disclosed to me that she had been swimming. Jealous, I said “You went swimming without me?????”

She said “Yup.” I asked her why she didn’t wait for me and she said: “You couldn’t fit in my pool.”

Of course I had to… “YOU CALLIN ME FAT?”

Her Response: “Yes.”

Awesome. Now I know I need to lose weight. Maddy hasn’t seen me in awhile and if she can hear what a chunky monkey I have become over the phone….YIKES!!!

When I made it into my drive way I was talking to Maddy’s mom – My sis Em. I had an itch in my nose so I scratched it. After my last post….this is um, I guess somewhat suspicious and intersting. Nothing came out on my finger, I swear… Just a scratch. No gold. Then WOOOOOOOSH.

Blood every where. I saw a napkin on the floor of the passenger side. I picked it up and tried to mop it up….Still every where. I had to hang up with Em, get out of the car, and try to mop up the blood all the while still bleeding on the driveway.

When it finally subsided – because I had pulled a “Strange Brew” bullet move with the napkin, I went to get my things out of the car….locked. Not a problem I thought. Where are my keys. Hmmm that looks like them in the cup hold…on no. I had locked my keys, my phone, my purse, my mom’s mother’s day card (sorry mom – it may be late now but it is clear of blood), my computer and my lunch in the car.

I had a spare key to the house luckily, but we got rid of the house phone recently so I couldn’t call adam and let him know. I knew he would be worried so I went to our neighbors and gave him a call. I have awesome neighbors. =) Love them!!!
