Adam’s New Toy
I have a new job…I work at Lowe’s Corporate Office and I am liking it a lot more now that I am done with training and know what I am doing.
Adam is one happy camper now that I am working again… but mostly about where I work. Why? Because I get a 10% discount at Lowe’s and Adam has been coveting – nay dreaming about owning one of these.

Of course I brought up the “Well what if we move and live in a house with a tiny yard? We will have wasted all the money to buy it.”
To which he responded: “I could never live in a house without a yard.”
Ok…we will see. Anyway, I let him win the argument (I wanted one too) and we went to pick it up today. It was a really fun purchase to make but our pockets feel a lot lighter now.
Here is after we got it home and off the truck…somehow.
Putting on the bagger:

Posing with the mower:
Looking Tough:

Looking…um….not so tough

Showing his excitement:

The first start up…. (Warning…I sound totally dorky but I was really excited.) Dad – you may recognize the look in his eyes part way through the video…..think Great America.
Doesn’t he look happy??? I love making him happy:
BUT if I cannot make him happy all the time, he can go out to the shed and stare or sit on his new riding lawn mower.
The best part is that it will totally cut down on the time it used to take us to push mow the lawn (3 hours) and blow the leaves (a ton of time) since we got the bagger for the back as well if you couldn’t tell. Our lawn looks great, my man is feeling awesome, and I get to ride it every once in a while. AWESOME!
Fry vs Helium
I got an awesome heart balloon from my friend Cindy from Corning. I loved it, but wasn’t sure what to do with it. When fry took interest in it, I let him play. What followed was pretty fun to watch.
My Love Muffin
Took me on a drive today to see where my new job would be. After that he took me up on the Blue Ridge Parkway. It was absolutely gorgeous!!

New Addition
We recently added a new addition to our household. She is darling and we love her.
Her name is Leela and she is a little over a year old (7 dog years old). Isn’t she cute??
My Puppers
So Fry is 21 in dog years….and this pic proves it:

“No, dude….I don’t want to get up. Leave me alone.”
New Years Day in Dallas
After Christmas we headed out to Dallas for New Years. Mom and Dad L were there along with Aim and Allie. Here are some of my very fav pics.

Remind you of anyone you know? Here is a hint.

That’s right….his Aunt Annie who cannot keep her eyes open in any picture. And some more proof:

Mom taught us how to do some crochet and knitting. It was awesome. I still think that I need a little more tutoring. =)
And here is an awesome goofy pic.

And the girls (that were present) Missed you Em and Quynh:

Boop Boop B Doop:

The best chunker thighs on the face of tank:

It was so great to be with family and hang out. Love you family!!!!!
CHRISTMAS!
Ok so it has been a ton of time since it was Christmas, but I’m writing about it now. =) I’ll make it short and sweet.
We spent Christmas at Adam’s Sister’s (Shea) house. It was a blast to be around kids. I will have to upload pics when I find them…for some reason I cannot find them on my computer. JUNK!
